Upon installation of the interlock, the device will continuously record drive time of the vehicle, BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) results of each test, any attempted circumvention, and/or test failures. Certain violations of the test procedure will initiate early recall to the service center and possible revocation.
All participants are required to return to the service center for calibration and monitoring of possible violations every two months. These monitoring appointments usually last between 15 to 20 minutes. Please try to be on-time as many other clients will also have appointments on this day. If you will be more than 10 minutes late or need to re-schedule your appointment, please contact the office at 1-800-521-4246.
At this time, payment will be collected for the next two month’s lease fees as well as any outstanding balances for service calls, etc. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa or Master Card. We do not currently accept any other credit cards.
