As a Monitech Client, you are free at any time to request removal of the Ignition Interlock device. Monitech will schedule an appointment for removal, at your request, however upon removal Monitech will provide a copy of the De-install Report to the appropriate adjudicating agency.
Any consequences of this voluntary removal will be the sole responsibility of the client. Also, if the adjudicating agency determines that additional time is required with the interlock installed, the client will be responsible for any additional installation fees and lease fees incurred.
