Is the starter of the vehicle engaging?

There may be an issue with your vehicle itself and not the interlock. Please consult your mechanic for further information.

Look at the QT device display when attempting to start your vehicle. If the display goes dark there is a battery issue with the vehicle. Try hooking up jumper cables or a jumpbox and try starting the vehicle again. Did this resolve your issue?
